<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Jawed Habib Spitting Case:</strong> यूपी के मुजफ्फरनगर में एक महिला के बाल बनाते हुए उस पर थूकने को लेकर मशहूर हेयर ड्रेसर जावेद हबीब ने माफी मांग ली है. उन्होंने एक वीडियो जारी किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा, ‘मेरे सेमिनार में कुछ वर्क को लेकर लोगों को ठेस पहुंची है. एक ही बात बोलना चाहूंगा कि हमारी जो सेमिनार होती हैं, वो प्रोफेशनल होती है. यानी उनके लिए जो हमारे ही प्रोफेशनल में काम करते हैं. हमारे शो लंबे होते हैं इसलिए हमें उसे थोड़ा मजाकिया बनाना पड़ता है. लेकिन अगर किसी को बुरा लगा हो या ठेस पहुंची है तो मैं दिल से माफी चाहता हूं’.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">महिला के बालों पर थूकने के मामले में जावेद हबीब के खिलाफ FIR भी दर्ज की गई है. उन पर धारा 304 और 504 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है और गिरफ्तारी की तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी गई है. तीन जनवरी को यहां एक कार्यशाला में हुई इस घटना का वीडियो गुरुवार को सोशल मीडिया पर जारी हुआ था. वीडियो में हबीब को वहां आए लोगों से यह कहते हुए सुना गया, ‘अगर पानी की कमी है तो थूक का इस्तेमाल करो’.</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF; line-height: 17px; text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CYaotnHICWI/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" target="_blank" rel="noopener">A post shared by Instant Bollywood (@instantbollywood)</a></p> </div> </blockquote> <p style="text-align: justify;"> <script src="//www.instagram.com/embed.js" async=""></script> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">पुलिस ने बताया कि बड़ौत शहर की निवासी पूजा गुप्ता की शिकायत पर यहां मंसूरपुर पुलिस थाने में एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी है. शिकायत के अनुसार, कार्यशाला के दौरान हबीब ने पूजा गुप्ता के बालों पर थूका था. हबीब पर भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 355 और महामारी रोग कानून, 1897 के तहत भी मामला दर्ज किया गया है. इस बीच, हिंदू कार्यकर्ताओं ने हबीब के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया और उन पर कार्रवाई करने की मांग की.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>महिला आयोग ने भी लिया संज्ञान</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">इस मामले पर राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग ने भी संज्ञान लिया है. आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस से कहा है कि वह जावेद हबीब के थूकने वाले वीडियो की सत्यता की जांच करे. आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस को लिखे पत्र में कहा, ‘आयोग ने इस घटना का गंभीरता से संज्ञान लिया है। वह इसकी न सिर्फ कड़ी निंदा करता है, बल्कि इसमें आपका तत्काल दखल चाहता है ताकि इस वायरल वीडियो की सत्यता की जांच की जा सके.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">वहीं राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग ने भी जावेद हबीब को नोटिस भेजने की तैयारी कर ली है. राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग ने दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर राकेश अस्थाना (Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana) और उत्तरप्रदेश के डीजीपी मुकुल गोयल (Mukul Goyal) को एक पत्र लिख वीडियो की सच्चाई पता कर मामले में तुरंत कार्यवाही करने की बात कही है. आयोग ने इस घटना को बहुत गंभीरता से लिया है और कड़े शब्दों में इसकी निंदा भी की है. दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर और उत्तरप्रदेश डीजीपी को जल्द कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट सौंपने को भी कहा है.</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF;
